The local directors of Saveology.com, a daily-deals website, needed a larger and better laid out space to accommodate new growth. Located in Margate FL, the 90,000 S.F. existing space was a perfect choice with plenty of planning flexibility, and parking too for the employees. The owner wanted a cutting edge, contemporary look full of energy.
The common areas feature a giant monkey cage, parrot cage, and a long koi pond. Many whimsical details such as gumball machines and floating ball chairs were planned throughout the space.
After the inside was underway, the owner also wanted to make the exterior up to date and better match the look of the inside office spaces. Next the plaza landlord wanted the entire plaza to have the same look as the Saveology front facade. The plaza is now called: Saveology Plaza.
